Ensure you schedule the meeting room on your calendar in Outlook!
In addition to reserving the room, you also must invite the room along with the other attendees.
This will allow you to connect to the meeting room screen via Teams.
Outlook Web:

Outlook Desktop:
Once your meeting begins, you meeting details will show up on the screen in your meeting room. Be sure click “join” the from the tablet screen to connect the room to your Teams call.
You can share your screen from Teams
You can also share your screen using the provided technology in the meeting room. To do this tap the “share” icon on the tablet.
From here you will be given four options to share your screen
- For a wired connection plug the provided dongle into your device. USB-c, HDMI, and Mini Display-Port are supported.
- AirPlay connection is available (Disclaimer: Airplay can be very unreliable at times, for Apple devices it is preferred you use the wired connection shown above.)
- Miracast connection: to use this method select the option labeled “Miracast” on the tablet, then press the “Windows” + “K” keys, then choose your meeting room. (Windows Only)
- You can also connect via Webex; to do this you need to navigate to share.webex.com in your web browser, here you will enter the code provided on the tablet listed under the Webex share option.
If you cannot reserve and invite the room via Outlook, you will still be able to connect to the screen using the additional options above.
If you experience any technical difficulties, please don't hesitate to contact a member of I.T.
